Javier's work on covalently linking a photosensitizing iridium complex to an ortho-fluoroazobenzene moiety illustrates a strategy to enhance the initiation of our recently discovered reductively induced Z→E isomerization and will appear in a forthcoming issue of Chemistry - A European Journal.
